I know only Intel had it's drivers ready. There was a Radeon KMS-driver but it was released after 2.6.28.

Both the Pentium M laptop and the Athlon MP server are running Radeon cards (Mobility Radeon 9000 and Radeon 8500LE) using the radeon driver. I used kernel 2.6.29 for testing the issue, and that version didn't solved the problem. I think developers should further refine PAT. Architecture dependent failures - even if it's triggered only using Grsecurity - uncover complex issues with the code.
It may be solved in future kernel releases, but I'll keep PAT disabled.
