Is it possible to use the Redhat Kernel Packages on Fedora

I'm currently in the stages of upgrading my Fedora Core 5 system's kernel, and I wondered as Fedora was originally based on Redhat, if I can just use the Redhat packages located here: http://rpm.cormander.com/repo/grsec/

Any input is greatly appreciated
