did you tried to apply the patch from 2.6.23.9 to 2.6.23.13?
it is working for me on 2.6.23.12, since there are not so many changes between those two versions, I don't see why whouldun't it work

I've uploaded a patch for 2.6.23.14 to ~spender. It contains the latest PaX code and a potential deadlock fix.

I have already deployed 2.6.23.13-grsec on 7 production servers.
It's preforming well, I had some problems with 2.6.19.2 during last year. I hope that the strange kernel panics will disappear.
