what meens absence options in subject ?

I can't find what meens absence any options in subject

some like
/var
/var/log rw

[spender]

No object flags means the files/directories involved can be seen, but cannot be opened for reading/writing or anything else. Adding the "h" flag makes the files/directories hidden in addition.
