grsecurity forums

i have this error
/bin/sh: error while shared libraries: libtermcap.so.2: cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Permission denied

and i have seen about 4 posts saying to search the forums for this error and i
have searched and searched and i cant find anything but other posts saying to search.

Please help or post link to the fix
