Unable to open learning log: /etc/grsec/learning.log.

I have patched the kernel with grsec and installed gradm. I then ran:
gradm -F -L /etc/grsec/learning.log
Today i wanted to create a ruleset out of it so i ran:
gradm -F -L /etc/grsec/learning.log -O /etc/grsec/acl
and got the error:
Unable to open learning log: /etc/grsec/learning.log.
Error: No such file or directory

I've checked, the file is exactly there and i can read it. What is the problem?
I'm using kernel 2.4.33.3 and gradm-2.1.9-200608201448.tar.gz and grsecurity-2.1.9-2.4.33.3-200609031224.patch on a powerpc with Debian.

Are you trying to run that command while the RBAC system is enabled?

Ah, didn't realize that i had to disable it first. Said nothing about that in the quick guide från grsecurity.net i read. Thx :)
