Update [01/21]: The 2.1.8 patch has been updated to correct a filename truncation problem in both 2.4 and 2.6.

What is the impact of this problem? Where it would manifest itself? I'm trying to decide if I need to apply this one or not...

Files that were renamed would have truncated filenames reported. This also harmed the learning logs, policy recreation in the RBAC system, and could cause gradm to crash on parsing the learning logs.
