i forgot to say that the latest grsec test version should also have the fix without the module/KERNEXEC stuff, it's probably the safer one to test ;-).

well, the patch you supposedly tried last should have had the fix, so i didn't know where to go from there (and nothing related change since, so i still don't know why it works now but didn't before). in any case, if you see this again, feel free to let us know.
