SIOCSIFHWADDR:device or resource busy - with grsec

Hello,

I am trying to spoof my MAC Address to my old eth0 MAC address, but with grsec patched Kernel it did not work.

SIOCSIFHWADDR:device or resource busy

So, which option must be disabled to allowing changing of the eth0 MAC address?
