CONFIG_GRKERNSEC_FD ?

I noticed an option called "CONFIG_GRKERNSEC_FD" mentioned here:

But in grsecurity-1.9.6-2.4.19.patch.gz, I don't see any such option. Was it replaced with something else, or ... ?

I did a survey to see how many people who were using grsecurity with glibc < 2.1.3. I got no replies, so I removed the feature. Glibc >= 2.1.3 does the secure fds by itself.
