Problem with nested + normal subject

I want to ask if it is possible to have an subject and a nested subject of the same application in one role?

for example

subject /usr/sbin/cron:/bin/bash

and

subject /bin/bash

because, when i try this it get:
Duplicate subject found for "/bin/bash" in role default, on line 23 of /etc/grsec/default/cron.

It is. You were unable to previously due to a bug that is fixed in current CVS.
