libm.so.6 and chroot envinronment

Spender I'm not abler to understand the problem.
I've found out that with grsecurity-1.9.5-2.4.18 patch when I chroot apache by doing
chroot /www /apache/bin/apachectl startssl

It can't find the /lib/i686/libm.so.6

but that s.o. is in the /www/lib/i686/libm.so.6 directory!!!!!

with grsecurity 1.9.4 this not happens!

Spender... wordfoul thing... in the chroot environment httpd search libm.so.6 in /www/lib directory instead the normal /www/lib/i686/libm.so.6

in a no-chroot environment /lib/i686/ directory is checked...

can you tell me what is the reason ?
