denied exec of ColdFusion on Mandrake

Hi, I am setting up ColdFusion on Mandrake 9.1. I have installed CF from the binary. Trying to start CF to run as user apache, it fails and I recieve the following error in the syslog:

Nov 25 16:24:01 spiderman kernel: grsec: denied exec of /usr/lib/coldfusionmx/bin/cfusio by (nohup:26894) UID(72) EUID(72), parent (init:1) UID(0) EUID(0) reason: untrusted

I don't know anything about grsec, so where do I start? Is this an ACL issue?
