[BUG] xattr pax flags in tmpfs are broken

As of 3.1-4.5.2-201604290633, setting pax flags using extended attributes on files in tmpfs is broken (yields "Operation not supported"). This is probably related to the following merge: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kerne ... 98ef0af49b
