[REQ] _KMEM shoudn't disable hibernation.

Hi,

What's the reason for _KMEM and PAX_MEMORY_SANITIZE to disable hibernation?

It could lead to modifing memory before resuming but some people (including my very person) have swap on encrypted partition, which would be unspeakable hard to modify the memory.

for HIBERNATION there is (or used to be at least) an unresolved bug/feature in vanilla: http://marc.info/?l=linux-pm&m=132871433416256&w=2 . maybe it was fixed in later years, you can easily test it out and report back .
