I have similar question.
I also am looking for older release.
Where can I find older releases for grsecurity patch?

Do you mean https://grsecurity.net/git/gradm.git ?
But I cannot find tags for release.

$ git tag -l
gradm_2_0_pre1

I was able to find a link to older version (2.6.27) in this article

I needed to change the domain to grsec.linux-kernel.at.
