A simple ACL generation helper

This perl script tries to make it bit easier to make strict acl's. It's not very clever and it does some assumptions so better check the ACL before using it... But it might help someone, and so be it.

You will need a recent perl (at least 5.6.0) and a program / script called which. You can get which from f.ex. here (in case you don't have it)
