Hey,

I am just wondering if it is something I am doing, or if other people have experienced this as well.

First, when working with very large log files(around 500 Megs) gradm seg faults on me when I try to learn it. Any ideas? Nothing in the kernel log, or system log...

I noticed, even when working with small files, gradm uses up around 50% of the memory, even when the file is only around 32 megs...

Any help would be appreciated.

Dan

Hi!

Gradm runs out of memory, and gets killed. The size of the learning log file, you can parse with gradm depends on the size of your memory. For example I have 512 MB ram, and i couldn't parse a logfile bigger than 110MB. Maybe there is a solution to this, (somebody deleted the duplicated lines from the log) i don't know.
Good luck!
