kswapd defunct?

I guess this can be caused for the same reasons, please help me reading this log extract, so I can take some measures on my server it was running 2.4.25'grsec-1.9

Useless at all. Decode it with ksymoops. And I am almost sure, grsecurity did not cause this. It's a general problem of 2.4 with oopsing kswapd.
