Problem with grsec 1.9.9h with ioctl FIBMAP

I've big problems since grsec 1.9.9h with lilo.

i've in my systems a second harddisc drive as a mirror
and i'm running after my filecopy a lilo to the mirror
harddisc drive. this works without grsec 1.9.9h or
all version befor. i'm using high security and no acl's.
