paxctl doesn't exist, cant open browsers?

I just installed the grsec kernel for my debian computer, everything opens fine, except web browsers, I open them, and nothing happens, I then proceed to try this:
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Grsecurity ... c_Settings but paxctl doesn't exist as a command. For configuring Grsec I used automatic. I really just want my browsers to open. Any help is appreciated
SOLVED:
I'm stupid, installing paxctl, then using -c and disabling some features opened them.
