error while loading shared libraries cannot make segment

Hi, I've been strugling with couple of applications like ffmpeg or dvswitch and they give me following error:

error while loading shared libraries: /usr/lib/libavcodec.so.52: cannot make segment writable for relocation: Permission denied

I've tried "setfattr -n user.pax.flags -v "m" /usr/lib/libavcodec.so.52" but no success so far. Does anybody know how to solve this? Thanks in advance.
