PT_PAX_FLAGS to PT_GNU_STACK

how can i convert back PT_PAX_FLAGS to PT_GNU_STACK?

I made big mistake and convert all /var/lib and /lib and now I can't run system under grsec kernel, because of
libsepol.so.1 cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Permission denied

or how uninstall this all and back to default? i need reinstall whole system?
