tpe not working

I configured grsecurty with the, 1000 is group id for untrusted users.
the system ignores the settings, users from that group still able to execute things around.

You give little information to work with.

Can we assume you upgraded a working version of grsecurity to 2.6.30.4?
There is no patch version mentioned and we've seen several patches for 2.6.30.4 (where at least one would account for this behaviour).
Since you use sysctl to activate the kerneloption we don't know for sure if you activated the option.

Perhaps you could post the output from

ok, my bad.
seems like I enabled sysctrl support but I did not turned features on.
now everything is ok
