Xen and grsecurity?

I know there is a thread about xen and gsecurity,but seems it is old,so i wonder is it maybe needed to do something new?
I found this tutorial for xen:

And this one for gsecurity:

And my os is centos 5.3. 64bit.
So what would be best to combine these two?
