Client packets , nosep !

what does it deny exactly !!!!!
i have a problem for example with Java Chat ( DigiChat )
anybody can use a lame windows prog.. WPE winsock packet editor
to edit and spoof packets..
does that protect the sockets or it will deny actually even the chat sockets !!!

and i had a problem booting with the GRSEC and found the topic but how can i boot with the 'nosep' kernel option !!
