There is no last safe kernel. The best you can do is the current kernels. Also remember that the kernel developers have a habit of silently fixing bugs (fixing exploitable bugs with small changelogs that don't attest to the security nature of the bug). So you can't just rely on CVEs to determine whether a given kernel is "secure".
