kernel loading error

I get an error when booting the 2.6.14.6-grsec kernel, I coppied the error messages etc

when I boot to veiw kernel debug messages, the kernel looks at the bios, gets memory info such as size etc, then runs acpi and hangs.
does anyone experience this and do you know how I can fix it ?.
