grsec_enable_socket_server

Hi there,

I want to use the grsec_enable_socket_server-function of grsec with a defined usergroup in grsec_socket_server_gid.

My Problem is that almost everything works fine but no more ftp-connections to the server by these users/groups are possible because the ftp-server (proftpd) tries to build server-sockets with these uids/gids.

I don't (want to) use acls.
Is there a trick to handle this issue? Perhaps trying another ftp-daemon?
