non exec stack problem

i copyed my .config from a machine i run with grsecurity, the kernel is 2.4.32, it works fine, but when i copy the config file to my other 2.4.32 box and patch it with grsecurity/compile etc
when i boot i get this error when trying to use alot of things
for example pico

ash@localhost:/usr/src/linux$ pico
pico: error while loading shared libraries: libncurses.so.5: cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Permission denied

ash@localhost:/usr/src/linux$ dig
dig: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.0: cannot enable executable stack as shared object requires: Permission denied

etc. my config is

Which version of glibc do you use?
