grsecurity + user-mode-linux?

Hello all,
Is it currently possible to run a grsecurity and user-mode-linux enabled kernel? It seems as if both of these are patches for the linux kernel (well, user-mode-linux is more of a feature, but it does use patching techniques if I understand correctly).
I did not try to patch my system kernel with both grsecurity and user-mode-linux, because I didn't know how secure the results would be, if the kernel would boot, and even if it would be patchable once one patch was applied.
If this possible, is there anything important I would need to note about using user-mode-linux with grsecurity? I run a production server, and I don't have a testbed machine currently available.
Thank you for your time,
