Hello,

i used gradm's full system learning mode for about 2 days, than i finaly enabled it (gradm2 -E).

it is working great so far, but i can't disable it anymore.

Code: Select all
gradm2 -D
Could not open /dev/grsec.
open: No such file or directory

so it seems that my root access is gone ;)
Is there a way to fix it without having physical access to the box? Please say yes

cd /dev
-bash: cd: /dev: No such file or directory

Debian 3 unstable @ 2.6.11

greetings, DAU

Are you using the debian-provided gradm package? I've heard of several people who have problems with it that have no problem with the gradm from the grsecurity website. As for how to get your machine back without physical access, only remote reboot would help.
