Grsec on vlinux

Hi.
I use lasted version grsec with linux 2.4.30. It wokrs great.
Now I try to convince to use gradm
But, now I installed vlinux located this.
I found rewriten grsecurity+vlinux patch on jeffrey page.
So and my questions are:
Q1: how it works ? it's stable?
When vlinux starts, then it running "other" system on base main kernel. So....
Q2: if I want to use gradm, so... it will be work on main kernel, but how is about "virtual machine"? I havent gernel on virtual machine. So I can use gradm (for example to restrict access to /etc) ?
I want to ask about this, because I have production server and I cannont make any experiment on this ;/
Greetings
