RLIMIT_CORE ?

Hello,
We run Tomcat chrooted with a "2.4.30-grsec-2.1.5" kernel.
With previous versions our acl for tomcat chrooted has worked with no problem.
I have looked in several threads about similar problems but not found a real answer yet..
But when we start tomcat now chrooted we get this:
grsec: From XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX: (tomcat:U:/var/jail/tomcat/usr/java/j2sdk/bin/java) denied resource overstep by requesting 4096 for RLIMIT_CORE against limit 0 for /var/jail/tomcat/usr/java/j2sdk1.4.2_03/bin/java[java:17276] uid/euid:529/529 gid/egid:529/529, parent /etc/rc.d/init.d/tomcatmi[tomcatmi:17275] uid/euid:0/0 gid/egid:0/0
What does this mean, what is RLIMIT_CORE and how can I change it?
