HELP!

I'm a very new beginner to Linux and I use Red Hat Fedora CORE 3 SELinux with kernel 2.6.10-1.770_FC3. I'm also using an obsolete Toshiba Satellite 1405-S171 notebook PC with 512MB of PC2700 DDR2 SDRAM. I've been using Linux for about three months now, and I need help with implementing GRSecurity on my machine. I have done my homework by reading all of the relevant GRSecurity papers and I have read some of the very specific threads here, but I have failed three times to implement it successfully on my computer. It seems that the papers were written awhile back with earlier kernels and they are a bit generic.

So, let me get to the point: how do I successfully implement GRSecurity on my RHFC3SELinux? I need detailed step-by-step instructions. Thank you very much!

Using grsecurity with selinux makes no sense. If you are new to the GNU/Linux world start by playing with one or the other.
