problems with kernel 2.6.10 and grsecurity

recently i decided to patch my kernel (2.6.10) with grsecurity patch, but there is one problem
when i type make menuconfig i cant see grsecurity configure option and i cant figure out why. searched in google. still nothing.
any ideas?
p.s.
with 2.4.28 kernel all works well
