trying to install grsecurity-2.0.2-2.4.28.patch.gz
but i get this huge error i dont know where to start.

pliz read manual - how to "install" grsec.
grsec is not a program but patch. to apply it use patch tool and do in kernel tree: patch --dry-run -p0 < grsec-XXXXXX.patch to test the patch and without "dry-run" to apply...
