Hi all,

I just patched the last stable kernel 2.6.32.8 with grsecurity-2.1.14-2.6.32.8, I restarted without errors but no wireless connection, I tried to search for my card but nothing... I installed madwifi tools madwifi-sources but no changes. Do you have any idea?

There is no reason why wifi should be blocked.
Is your wifi enabled in the BIOS?
Does dmesg show any clue?
Or "iwlist wlan0 scanning"?
What driver do you use (and and how do "lspci" and "lspci -n" recognize your wifi card)?

PS I don't use madwifi tools with Debian 5.0. I do use "wireless-tools", "iw" and "wpasupplicant" (haven't upgraded that pc yet from 2.6.32.8-201002090925 to 2.6.36.8-201002200811 but I don't expect problems).
