i'm newbie can u help me is grsec wroking with 2.4.18-10 kernel of redhat's distro 7.3 ?

Read the documentation!
grsec runs only on a system that its corresponding kernel hs been built from source code!
get the kernel from http://www.kernel.org and compile it from scratch with gr!
