2.6.29.4 startup problem

I just upgraded 2.6.27.10 + grsec to 26.29.4 + grsec. ( Fedora core 10 / Dell PowerEdge 830)

I had no problems dring compilation, but after restart all i have is:

I tried 2.6.29.4 kernel without grsec patch and i had no problems on startup.

are you sure this is the exact kernel image that produced the above reported error? i can't find any instruction at the reported EIP, it's in the middle of some other insn...
