Maybe Kernel Panic

Hello,
If I set the grsecurity Level to HIGH in my Kernel and I boot it, it doesn't get up..
I can't see the error because syslog isn't started at this time, and it's on a remote maschine.
I'm using Kernel 2.6.19.2
