load average growing and growing... with HT (HyperThreading)

My server (one P4 2.8Hgz HT turn on at bios) sometimes begin growing load average 20, 100, 200 ...
I cannot stop it. reboot -f (and many other commands) do nothing (wait...)
Only hardware reset can stop it.

If I stup kernel without SMP, all works fine.

How to fix this problem?

I use grsecurity-2.1.8-2.6.14.6-200601211647.patch.gz
