strange gradm 1.9.14 problem: version conflict

Hi there,

i installed grsecurity at a fresh SuSE 9.0 system, i generated my own 2.4.25-grsec kernel from scratch and i made my gradm-1.9.14

system was rebooted and i wanted to do some administration using gradm, but i get this message:

You are using incompatible versions of gradm and grsecurity.
Please update both versions to the ones available on the website.
"

Does anybody know the meaning, what did i do wrong ? Are there any known issues using kernel 2.4.25 ??
