Invert GID option Cisco Packet Tracer

Hi everyone, my native language is not english.

I am trying to run the program Packet Tracer (Cisco) with Invert GID option enabled but I got an error.
Is there a way that I can remove Invert GID option restriction for that specific program only?
Or do I have to install packet tracer in a diferent location or path in order to make it work?
I just want to run packet tracer and Invert GID option at the same time without error.

You can't exempt single binaries -- is there a reason why you can't just place the binary in a root-owned directory?
