I can't seem to compile gradm on RH 6.2 ?

radm_res.c:14: `RLIMIT_LOCKS' undeclared here (not in a function)
gradm_res.c:14: initializer element for `rlim_table[10].val' is not constant
gradm_res.c:15: `RLIMIT_LOCKS' undeclared here (not in a function)
gradm_res.c:15: initializer element for `rlim_table[11].val' is not constant
