Problem with sysctl in 2.6.16.1

Hello,

I'm having a strange problem with grsecurity sysctl interface, instead of appearing under
/proc/sys/kernel/grsecurity
it appears under
/proc/sys/vm/grsecurity

is this the expected behaviour?
