grsec version info

Hi,

Feature request to make the full patch version available via /proc or similar.

Sometimes there might be a kernel version and you're not sure if it's the latest patch or not.

It would be good to be able to go cat /proc/grsec_version and it spits out the full patch version. At the moment it's hard to tell.
