users resource limiting

Hi,

I'm running slackware with grsec and had some trouble with /etc/limits (sshd seems to ignore it). En then i recalled grsec also supported resource limitting.

Only its not very clear to me how to configure this. In grsec 1.9.x I tried to add it to / process acl. But its not clear to me if it works per process/per user/systemwide.

Maybe its better to do it in grsec2 while i'm at it but should i add it to the default role? Those roles are still for processes right? Or is it possible to give certain users different roles?
