my kernel version is : 2.6.32-358.2.1.el6.x86_64

which patch grsecurity is match with my os/version?
how i can know which patch is match with my version os?

As of now the latest grsecurity patch for 2.6.32 is 2.9.1-2.6.32.61. You could either try to apply that to the kernel sources from your distribution (CentOS I presume) or take a vanilla 2.6.32.61 source tree (e.g. from kernel.org) and patch that (which should definitely work).
Your distribution kernel may have patches that result in conflicts when trying to apply the patch.
